Merris captures first prize in 2013 Central Bank Art Competition

Jeffrey Merris captured the top honor at this year's Central Bank Art Competition with "Dis We Tea Party", a customized cabinet filled with ceramic cups.
Keisha Oliver received an honorable mention for her piece, "The Outcast", a digital print on reclaimed wood.
