Bahamian women are succeeding in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (S.T.E.A.M.), defying traditional expectations about gender and careers. Nonetheless, Bahamian women and girls still face many barriers to entry, including limited exposure to S.T.E.A.M. subjects and opportunities.
