Galleria cancelled Jackass, Went to watch it last night (Oct 20th, 2010), bought my ticket, stood on the concessions line, proceeded to enter and was told the movie was cancelled. But that I could watch another. not for $10.00 I wouldn't. While deciding on a substitue, a group of people came and were turned away for the same movie. (Got the difference and watched my soul to take) but regretted the false advertising.

We fought traffic and went down to Galleria on Tuesday for the 6:15pm show and were told it was canceled but would be back on at 8:25pm if we wanted to come back. Went to the 8:25 on Thursday instead, bought two tickets and got to the doors only to be told it was canceled again!!!! The manageress (aka "the concession girl") explained that it was not that they couldn't show it, but they could make more money from the larger crowd who showed up for a children's movie! How can they advertise for one time then not show it, then sell you tickets for another time and still not show it?Is there any management at the Galleria, not to mention ethics?

Service is too slow! why is it taking soo long to serve already made food? 1 scoop, 1 pour! It is not multi tasking to have 1 person do everything...more staff is needed and the doors need to be open earlier to get food!
