Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep relaxation that allows you to begin to experience the flow of prana in your physical and subtle bodies. You can then identify and release blockages to the flow of prana and ultimately, bring healing to the body and mind and expand consciousness. During this course, students will experience Yoga Nidra and learn how to teach it to others. Topics covered include the history, physiology, science, and practice of Yoga Nidra.

Dream Wall of Respect Unveiling

We're excited to welcome you to the Unveiling Ceremony for Dream Wall of Respect on Saturday, March 30th 2019.
In September 2018, Transforming Spaces (TS) established a partnership with Lend a Hand Bahamas (LAHB), a registered nonprofit organization formed in 2014 to bring local, national, and international opportunities and activities into the community by running a core hands-on curriculum centered on 4H programming.
TS, under the leadership of Bahamian master artist Antonius Roberts, integrated art and culture into the LAHB programme and invited artists to create murals along the Wall of Respect that was initiated in 2014 by community resident and junkanoo artist, the late Deon McHardy, aka ‘Slime’ whose artwork remains as drawn in his memory.
We're excited to welcome you to the Unveiling Ceremony for Dream Wall of Respect on Saturday, March 30th 2019 from 11am at Lend a Hand Bahamas on Lewis Street, Nassau, Bahamas.

An Evening at the Races: A Charity Fundraiser for the Cancer Society of The Bahamas

On Saturday, March 30th, The Cancer Society of The Bahamas will be benefitted by a charity fundraiser event entitled “An Evening at the Races” at Old Fort Bay Club, Nassau. The dress code will be smart attire with hats or fascinators. Cocktails begin at 6pm and the Races start at 7pm. Tickets are $150.
There will be 8 races in total and 10 horses running in each race.
There are two sponsorship donations packages available: A RACE Sponsorship Donation for $3,000 and a HORSE Sponsorship Donation at $300 each. Full Race details and information will be listed in the evening’s event brochure which will be circulated before and at the event.
