FIDELITY BANK TO OFFER FREE WOMEN?S SEMINAR

Continental Breakfast at 9:30am
Presentations 10:00am to 12:45pm

Fidelity Bank will be hosting its Women Only Seminar at the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort on September 29, 2012 from 9:30am to 1pm. The free seminar, themed ?Simplify Your Life?, aims to give women sound, practical financial advice and the tools they need to achieve success in managing their money.

?Almost daily I am reminded that women are under continuous pressure with regard to their finances,? says Gregory Bethel, President of Fidelity Bank. ?Over time, these financial difficulties can be overcome with the use of reliable information on debt reduction, budgeting, saving, spending, purposeful borrowing, retirement planning and a frank discourse on how our choices in relationships impact our finances,? concludes Bethel.

The first Women Only Seminar was held in 2005, and after a three-year break, returns due to popular demand.
?We are pleased that Fidelity has resumed its annual Women Only Seminar series in New Providence, Freeport (Grand Bahama) and Marsh Harbour (Abaco),? shares Bethel. ?These seminars supplement the free personal financial coaching we offer at our Fidelity Financial Centres,? states Bethel.

The seminar features presentations as well as panel of experts who will answer questions. Fidelity is pleased to use this seminar, as yet another public debut, to display how they have embraced today?s technology. This year, attendees will be able to ask questions by texting them to panel members, opening the lines of communication between the attendees and the panel of experts. Fidelity is also pleased to announce that most of the presenters and panelists are female managers of Fidelity Bank, who are well-versed on the issues which challenge women today.

?The number of single parents has been and continues to be on the rise. As the majority of single parents are women, this seminar provides the ideal environment for ?women only? to address this issue head on,? offers Spencer Dean, Manager of Money Transfer Services and a presenter at the event. ?Let?s ask the tough questions, admit the real answers and commit to doing our part to prepare ourselves to be parents who nurture and develop children who make positive contributions to our communities and our country. We are where we are. Let?s discover where we can be and who we can be for the sake of our children and our important relationships,? expressed Dean.
