Classical Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course

Wednesday 16th May 2018  6:00 AM

This program is designed for anyone who wants to learn the art of Yoga Nidra and share it with others. Yoga teachers can add this to their offerings, health care providers to their patients, spiritual leaders to their community, etc.

Classical Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a style of meditation that guides one into a deep healing theta state. It's the state of consciousness between awake and asleep. In this state, the body and mind are deeply connected so the consciousness can access the body through the parasympathetic nervous system. The four states of a nidra meditation are designed to help the body relax, the nervous system to reset and energy blockages to be cleared.
