Poor Customer Service

So I went to Deep South Book Store by the Town Center Mall this morning and I never seen such poor customer service in all my life. I walked in the door then heard a voice say "can I help you". I looked around and saw no one. Then through the crack of some books I saw this lady sitting low behind the counter and I said "oh I did not see you". Good morning I am looking for these books. I started to tell her the books and she start quoting off these big figures for the books. I asked why they were so expensive and they were cheaper by far online. The woman then told me if they cheaper there then you should go try your hand and get them there. I looked at this woman who at this time still have not stood to address me. I asked can I please see the books?. Oh they on the shelf. In my mind I am like Miss that is obvious, where else would they be..I did not say anything I went through the aisle to look for the books, after five minutes I found a book that looked almost like the one I was suppose to get because the teacher showed us the books at orientation, I had photos of them on my phone. Then I called out to the woman. Can I have some help please? no way this lady did not hear me as only us two were in the store. you think that women move out that chair!...I standing there like 3 minutes she did not come, she did not even say one minute please I doing something, she did not even acknowledged me. So I wanted to the front of the store and told the lady I here asking for help and you do not even want to move out that chair! You have a nice day and I walked out the store. Time as I get to my car I see the woman running behind me. I turn on my car and drove off. What could this woman possibly have to say to me at this point? I was asking for help and you could not bother to help me and now you losing your sale you could now manage to raise out of that chair!.. Oh please! I was prepared to buy seven books this morning but now it will definitely not be from that store.They do not have to worry about me ever gracing their door steps again. Some business die not because of the product they selling or even how a store looks, what kills a business fast is poor customer service. I will never recommend them or ever go there again. I demand better and deserve better when I am spending my hard earned money.. Disgraceful!. I am so mad now.
