The pace will range from 18mph – 20+mph, @3 - 3 1/2 hour duration (intermediate & advanced cyclists are invited to join in anywhere along the route).

You’ll need a form of identification to pickup your bag. Please bring an ID or your email confirmation (if you’re picking up for someone else, you must have the email confirmation for them).

Race Day registration will be accepted at $50 per person on a first come first served, space available basis.

Make sure to show up early to get a good parking space and have plenty of time to socialize and be merry! We recommend being to the race area an hour in advance, so plan for 7:00am! Please note we are not responsible for the security of your vehicle, please lock your cars and valuables appropriately.

Please be sure to wear your bib number on the front of your body facing forward! The best place for this is about half way down your shirt, using the safety pins included to secure it.

The day will begin with a ,strong>COLOUR TOSS! This will take place a minute or two before the start, so make sure to bring your colour packet with you! After the colour toss please be sure to throw away your empty colour packet! Bahamas Waste has generously provided receptacles for the staging area and along the course. Never litter!

Runners should make their way to the front of the pack, and walkers towards the rear. At 8:00am SHARP the race will begin!

Please visit the Course section for more information on the course. You can do all or part of the course as you wish! But please make sure to head back to the finish line when you’re done!

Once everyone has finished, we’ll start awarding our prizes and drawing numbers for random prizes! Everyone has an equal chance in the race, so stick around and see if you win! You must be present to claim your prize or we’ll re-draw a number! Afterwards, feel free to hang around and admire how colourful and awesome you and everyone around are! We’ll be closing shop around noon, and enjoying the rest of our Sunday afternoon!

Course
The course will be run mostly on paved roads, however there will be a portion of the course on a compacted dirt/sand path. Please wear appropriate footwear and watch your step!
