The Arts Pavilion which hosted the Bahamian Visual Art Expo at Hillside House is back at it again with it?s 2nd annual exhibition! This year features works from numerous artists including Allia Dean, Rosemarie Laing, Shashla Bethune, Kimetria Pratt, Edrin Symonette, Nowe Harris-Smith, Lemero Wright, Jeff Cooper, Marco Mullings, Shorlette Francis, Tina Maycock, Timothy Nottage, Jodi Minnis, Candis Marshall, Abby Smith, Spurgeonique Morley, Judith Papillon, Celeste Harding, Caroline Anderson, Jalan Harris, Lamaro Smith, Daleana Lynch, Dale Allen, Danielle Darville, Chritstina Wong, Trevor Tucker, Thomas Hairston, and Nyles Neymour.
An evening reception has been planned for you on May 5, 2016, at 6pm, and our Gold Star Award recipient will be announced at 7:30pm.
The Arts Pavilion Gold Star Award celebrates and acknowledges the creative excellence of an individual for their unique contributions to the visual arts in The Bahamas. The chosen artist will receive a Gold Star Pin and a $1,500 grant to assist in the development of their creative practice sponsored by Esso Winton. We can't wait to see you there!

Road Fever caters to the party animal in you. It is open to any and every one willing to purchase a costume and jump in da line with a carnival company, however it is best suited for those who have the stamina, rhythm, confidence, positive vibes and a free spirit. The criterion for participation has nothing to do with age, wealth, nationality, or religion. It has everything to do with a true revelers spirit.
Road Fever Companies are the driving force behind the Road Fever Parade. These companies provide costumes and the on road experience. Many of them offer an all inclusive carnival experience.
