When he exits the subway car at the next stop, she decides to follow him, ditching the expensive stroller her formidable older sister Mina recently purchased for her niece. She tracks Gregory, the man she believes is her father, to a dilapidated building, but loses him just as he enters. Charged and exited by this recent discovery, Momo returns to the subway platform to find the stroller she left missing. Momo is at home later that evening when her sister Mina comes in from a long day of work. Rather than come clean with the newfound information about their father, Momo decides to tests the waters. She is not surprised by Mina's disinterested response to her questions about where their father could be. What concerns Mina most are the potential whereabouts of her daughter's expensive new stroller. With her eighteenth birthday just days away, Momo decides to pursue a path to reconnection with her father. She jumps into action by weaving a fictitious yarn to hide the truth from Mina about how the stroller disappeared, laying blame on a notorious group of rowdy girls in their neighborhood.
