Credits also include multiple years of exclusive facility management, in a senior capacity, at Kerzner in the Bahamas. Accreditations include the following:- International certification in engineering operations (CEOE) from The American Hotel & Lodging Association, Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Science and Bachelor of Architecture from Tuskegee University. Professional memberships include: The International Facility Management Association and The Institute Of Bahamian Architects.

V.P. Organizational Development

Responsible for the administration of services, human resource and product development. With multiple years experience in the efficient administration and education of proper construction methods, techniques and practices. Certified Professional Manager and Trainer. Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master of Science in Technical & Vocational Education from Tuskegee University.

Conrad Williamson
Senior Director Mechanical Services

Directly responsible for the design, implementation, supervision and maintenance of all mechanical systems. Experience includes over fourteen years of Mechanical Engineering and almost ten years of Project Management at Kerzner International where the projects under his direct supervision totaled in the millions of dollars. Other experience also includes project management, systems design and construction supervision on numerous Government and Private contracts in New Providence and the Family Islands on a wide variety of projects including Health Care and Educational Facilities. Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University
