“A Safe Workplace for Expecting Women” is a practical one day seminar for mothers to be and new moms who are returning to their jobs after a period of maternity leave. The seminar benefits both the employer and the employee by ensuring that the returning mum is as engaged as possible when returning to work.

The seminar has been designed based on employer and employee feedback and will cover topics such as building resilience, managing time & conflicts, coping with feelings of guilt, increasing self-confidence and fitting back in to the workplace and dealing with a changing environment.

The seminar is interactive and is run using a facilitative coaching approach.
