Chipman questions increase in Foreign Affairs travel budget

St. Anne's MP Hubert Chipman questioned why there is a 170 percent increase in the 2014/2015 budget for travel and subsistence in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration.
In the new budget, there is a $250,000 travel and subsistence allowance for the ministry, $157,440 more than the previous year.

Public Accounts Committee to probe Urban Renewal, PM's travel cost
