We were first referred to Xennix after we were having a problem implementing a Wi-Fi system on Bay Street. After several months of bouncing from provider to provider, Xennix looked at our installation and gave us an accurate assessment of the problem. Their prompt reply impressed us at that time, which then prompted us to use their service a few months after when we were faced with a major system problem. The Xennix technicians responded within 1 hour on a Saturday (December 31st) and implemented a temporary measure to stabilize our system. Some 24+ hours later, and after which had now taken us into New Years, we were relieved when we received a call that all systems had been restored.
