Cable Bahamas Parental Control Setup:

1. On your remote, press the general button to get to the menu on your screen.
2. Use the up down, left or right button on your screen to activate parental control.
3. Enter your four digit pin.

You can block the programming by channels or rating or by hiding the titles.
