Nassau, Bahamas - The 2006 Bahamas International Film Festival (BIFF) is offering kids of the local community an amazing and unique opportunity to learn the latest technology in digital video by making their own stop-motion 20 second movie while having a blast working with peers their own age. This program will run from Friday, December 8th, from 4:30-6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday, December 9th and 10th from 2:30pm-4:30pm and is targeted for kids ages 6-18 years old. A Director’s Cut crew will have Apple Laptops in addition to toys and clay to make the film. After the film is shot the crew will teach the kids how to digitally edit, enter titles, sound effects, voice overs and compose their own soundtrack. After working in this creatively stimulating environment, they will have the chance to burn their film on to a DVD and take it home!
