The Bahamas International Film Festival (BIFF) operates with only a few full-time employees and not many more during the Festival. The rest of our help comes from volunteers. We consider our volunteers to be essential extensions of our staff. Have you considered volunteering for BIFF?

The best part of volunteering with the Festival is that you can participate in this exciting, vibrant and rich cultural event that showcases the best emerging films and filmmakers in the world, while simultaneously letting everyone know that The Bahamas is an exciting cultural destination. The Festival is a lot of work. We'll be hosting many guests from all over the—and it is our job to make sure the festival-goers are greeted with hospitality, kept informed, and are always enjoying themselves. Please note, while we are very happy to have you as a volunteer at BIFF; we will not be able to arrange accommodations, food, transportation, invitation letters or visa assistance to foreign volunteers.
