PLP pledges to move ahead with NHI in another term

The Progressive Liberal Party's (PLP) Charter 2017 promises to "constantly upgrade healthcare infrastructure" in New Providence and the Family Islands as healthcare evolves in the upcoming phases of National Health Insurance (NHI).
In its plan, which was posted on its website last week, the PLP also pledges to hold a major recruitment exercise to find and train healthcare providers at all levels.
