Harajchi Jnr loses 2.4m 'strike-out' on Suisse Security

The Court of Appeal has dismissed efforts by Mohammed Harajchi's son, Michel, to throw out an action brought against him by Suisse Security Bank & Trust's liquidator, alleging that he breached his fiduciary duty and the law by transferring $2.5 million of depositors funds to an International Business Company (IBC) he controlled.
