Bahamian resident turns himself in to Canadian authorities probing fraud

Jeremy Morris, a Bahamian resident accused in an elaborate fraud scheme in Canada, turned himself in to Montreal police yesterday, according to Anne-Frédérick Laurence, press liaison of Quebec's anti-corruption unit.
