Thieves steal fence from senior citizens' home

Thieves stole 18 rolls of heavy-duty fence from Persis Rodgers Home for the Aged on Hawthorne Road, off Farrington Road, which officials had planned to use to secure the property.
According to the home's supervisor, Deborah Bodie, whoever is responsible has "not one thread of decency".
