The firm's major credits include winning an international design competition for Club Mediterranee's 300-room, five star resort village on the historic Bahamian island of San Salvador and being commissioned to produce Swiss Bank Corporation (Overseas) Limited's new corporate headquarters in Nassau following an exhaustive review of every major architectural firm in the Bahamas.

The firm was also selected to design Templeton Worldwide's headquarters building in Lyford Cay the $15 million renovation of the Radisson Cable Beach Hotel and is currently engaged in a 68 unit luxury condominium project, several major office and bank projects and a village of high end retail shops and professional offices.

Principal staff have been associated with major international resort projects including Sheraton hotels in Chicago and Iran, as well as timeshare resorts in the Bahamas and Caribbean, and a 40-acre residential village in Sarasota Florida.
