Worst possible service

I had an Amazon parcel shipped from Miami to Nassau. a week later, Fedex asks for an invoice, which they had already received from the shipper. Next, they said the Amazon invoice did not meet Bahamas customs requirements which is unbelievable, considering Amazon ships thousands of items to the Bahamas using a standard format which is accepted by customs without question.. Then they asked for evidence of payment of the goods - which is none of their business. 2 weeks go bye and they finally accept documents but ask for a proxy to handle customs clearance, a document they should have requested in the first place. A week later, I get a message stating that my package is being delivered. Then I get another message stating that I gave the wrong address. This again outright incompetence: Not only did I give the right address, but Fedex was at my location previously on another disappointing occasion. And as a cherry on the cake, they have my mobile phone number, but didn't even bother to call. In short, an absolutely appalling experience. It's been two weeks to attempt a delivery of 3 pairs pf jeans woth $100. And I'm still waiting for them. Never again guys.

They can't even answer the phone!

I think everyone should know how badly this place operates! I was on the phone for over 25 mins just trying to speak to someone about a package and no answer. Take your business somewhere else, this place sucks! Customer Service, they don't even know how to spell it! Use DHL people!
