I have just visited the shop for a return and as I was trying to explain to the manager what I needed she started laughing, mocking me to other customers. I had my baby in my arms and as I have dyslexia and I am from Europe, I don't speak fluently English. She embarrassed me so much in front of everybody, of course she didn't help me at all and I left the shop with useless baby clothes that I didn't return, totally socked and upset. Me and all my friends will never step foot there again.
