The Nassau gymNastics Club is a nonprofit, volunteer run organization whose principle aim is to provide a positive and productive activity to help develop the youth of the Bahamas.

Our program is structured with a view to enhancing not just the physical strength and endurance of each student, but also improving one's overall mental discipline, emotional balance, team spirit and self-esteem in a safe and fun environment.

Nassau gymNastics is proud to be a member of the Gymnastics Federation of the Bahamas. Our experienced coaches, instructors and assistants provide professional training in a safety-conscious atmosphere. Their knowledge and skills help encourage our young gymnasts to develop and reach their full potential while practicing in the gym.

Training for coaches in ongoing, with clinics featuring renowned American and Canadian Coaches, Judges and Olympians, visits to other Clubs in the U.S., and participation in National and International Conventions and Seminars.
