Welcome to the New Providence Martial Arts & Fitness Centre! Our program allows students to learn some life support skills through self defense and martial arts. As you would know, the martial arts deals primarily with discipline, self defense, developing skills, and coordination, however our program goes a little deeper into character development, anger management, conflict resolution, building confidence, self respect, general hygiene, communication, developing leadership skills, and restructuring personalities in our youth and children. We mentor and council our kids and get directly involved in what’s going on their lives (home, School, community). Our student teacher ratio is 15:1 so the kids get the attention they demand. Ultimately, we want our students to find their respectful place in society as constructive goal oriented young people.
