The company is being spear headed by visionary and dynamic individuals who have proven themselves in their respective fields. They have worked internationally in the U.A.E and been extensively trained in armed and un-armed combat from various institutions both nationally and internationally accredited, like the United States air force security forces training academy and the US air force Gulf States region ground combat training school. Our team commands over 47 years experience and with this wealth of knowledge we are able to provide the best possible protection plan for our clients.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is the first company to establish a �standard� to provide �AGENTS� and not just �security guards�, meaning that ALL agents will be trained at a higher level upon graduation. We insist that our agents are trained at a higher standard in all aspects relative to their professions ensuring they have the mental and physical tools needed for completing their jobs professionally and diligently. New recruits undergo a mandatory three (3) month or 12 week training program called the S.B.T (Shield Basic Training) which entails learning and mastering close quarter combat techniques, legal aspects, firearms handling and safety, advanced communications, convoy procedures, close protection and special event management. This training is on-going after graduation and physical fitness is a requirement to remain an active duty Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
