Around 7:40pm, February 2 2022, I went to the Shells Gas station for gas and Aliv Top Up. After standing in line for about 5 minutes, “Queen Bullard”, the unprofessional name of the person behind the counter greeted me very nastily. After I told her I came for Aliv Top Up, she started serving other individuals who would’ve came to the window after. Later she asked for the name I would like to top up and I gave it to her. For confirmation that I was giving her the right number, I checked my phone to make sure. Her response to this “so you interrupted my conversation that she was having with a pump attendant for a number you can’t remember ?” HOW RUDE!!! I told her that I would like to leave and left the establishment in a hurry. Staff like this do not need employment opportunities. I will not be coming back.
