Mr Steven Seymour is a native of Nassau, Bahamas. With little formal training in art, he expresses that his talents are blessed and inspired from the almighty God.

Painting has given him a new lease to life. Seymour began an interest in art during his matriculation at Oakes Field Primary. There, he was introduced to the basics of painting. Now he handles the brush with grace and uses tranquil colors in his presentations.

This has led him exploring various mediums such as sculptures, native products such as coconuts, and finally canvases with detailed impressions of strong time-honored Bahamian scenery.

His art invoked in us a cultural experience and celebrates that perseverance and a strong pursuit to develop ones talent can lead to great success. his first attempt at painting was thirty four years ago, and the rest is history.
