Introduction to the Event and Organizers:

On December 19th 2009, six local Bahamian enterprises will team up to present the single biggest social, fashion, networking, artistic, musical and culinary experience ever in The Bahamas.

While Rotate is in itself an event, Rotate will be the fusion of six separate events at one location, on one night at the same time. The event, ?Rotate? will feature, in one of the six designated areas, local music sensation Sammi Starr who will perform tracks from his first ever ?Album? set for release early 2010.

Rotate will also feature in another of the six designated areas, Chef Jamall Petty?s Island Flare Celebrity cooking show with a special guest international celebrity cooking live at the event. In another designated area, Rotate will feature local Photographer and creator Scharad Lightbourne and Part 4 of his ?CLICK? event series which combines fashion, music and the arts.

The Rotate event will feature in another of the six designated areas, the most popular local clothing line 242 People Clothing Company as they release and put on a 50 model fashion show of their Sport Line, Smart Casual Line, Winter Line and Urban Line. Additionally, in another of the designated six areas, Rotate will feature the Christmas season return of live Soca, Rake n Scrape and Calypso band performances as "VISAGE" gets the crowd ready for Junkanoo 2009/2010 and TRINIDAD CARNIVAL 2K10 with an hour live soca and rake n scrape concert.

Finally, in another of the six designated areas, Rotate will feature the year end networking event for the Bahamas Dinner Network a local business fraternity.

The Audience and Promotion for the Event:

The collaboration of the six local enterprises is expected to draw a combined audience of over 1,000 persons to the event on December 19th for an overwhelming social experience. In addition to the 1,000 persons in attendance, the event is expected to be seen via video clips, TV shows and pictures by over 50,000 persons as it will be covered by all local media, and distributed via facebook.com, youtube.com, local news papers, the event?s website and all of the contributing organizers respective fan pages.

Each of the six enterprises has done previous ventures here in Nassau and has built up a fan base, membership and/or following. Together, they boast of over 30,000 fans/followers/members/patrons within The Bahamas and internationally.

Each of the six enterprises has the ability to mass communicate with their respective fans/members via text and email which equates into masso promotion and marketing. To promote the event, flyers, infomercials, and notices will be distributed to the 30,000 fans/members via email and online social utilities like facebook, twitter and youtube.
