I hate that I even have to give 1 star. Any business that will make a promise that is not true in order to make a sale, and then does not stand be hind that promise deserves a negative rating. Owner Mr Wilson and employees are the worst example of customer service in this country. Once you pay your money and walk out the door you are SOL if the product is faulty, or doesn't live up to the lies you were told in order to separate you from your money. Please do not patronize Either qbc store because you are only a mark or a target the them, not a valued customer you should be.

I been here last week saturday with my two sisters and i like how they have a variety of phones that i could choose from, and they have good services.
