The firm?s domestic and international clientele broadly includes multi-national and private corporations, leaders of alcoholic beverage industry, fashion design, pharmaceutical and computer houses, electronic companies and banks.

Since the firm's establishment, it is now one of the three most active in the field of intellectual property services. Its intellectual property practice is active and extensive and provides comprehensive services from investigation, prosecution of applications for the registration of rights (Trademark, Copyrights and Patents) to intellectual property disputes and agreements. Mosko & Associates boasts of having the only computer database in The Bahamas which provides information in respect of Bahamian registered trademarks.

A general full service commercial practice is also maintained with emphasis in Real Property, Estates, Corporate Law and Immigration.

Katina Mosko was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 1977 and the Bar of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas in February 1978. Although called to the Bar as a Barrister, the legal profession is fused in The Bahamas, and she has continually practiced since 1977 as counsel and attorney.

Ms. Mosko is a member of the Bahamian Bar, International Bar Association. She also serves on the Bahamas Bar Ethics Committee, and is a member of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce.
