Sbarro Bay Street shutdown after 'bottom fell out'

Jurors not fed while considering case

By law, juries are entitled to “reasonable refreshment at the public expense” when they retire to consider verdicts. This provision of the Juries Act was not followed Friday when nine jurors deciding a case before Justice Roy Jones were not fed.
