Three days after he allegedly attacked a man standing in a line at a bank, Derek Levan Davis was formally charged in a Freeport magistrates'court yesterday and ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluation for two months.
The 32-year-old Notley Close man pleaded not guilty Monday to causing harm and resisting arrest when he appeared before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Court 1.
