Our Inspectors are appointed by the Minister of Health on the recommendation of The Bahamas Pharmacy Council and are dedicated professionals who visit registered pharmacies in The Bahamas to ensure that they are in compliance with all legal requirements and regulatory standards as outlined in the Bahamas Pharmacy Act, 2009 and the Bahamas Pharmacy Regulations, 2010.
