Philip was born and raised in the Bahamas. Following his Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England. Philip moved to New York where he obtained an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. He then went on to work for Estee Lauder and consulted for his family's businesses in the Bahamas. In 2006 he moved to London to take up a new career in the property market. Not to be discouraged, Philip sat his Bahamas Real Estate Association exams in October 2015 and obtained his real estate license in January 2016.
