(Section C, Block 35, Lot 16)
An opportunity presents itself to own a lot inexpensively in beautiful Rainbow Bay!
Located on spacious Whalespout Road close to Rainbow Beach, this is an excellent chance to build a home in a lovely, peaceful area. Although there are no direct views of the ocean from this lot, there are frequent views of the Caribbean on the way to the lot from the Queen's Highway.
This is a perfect location for someone who enjoys the ocean but does not need direct views from the lot.
In Rainbow Bay, there are several lovely beaches for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling, and there are many quiet roads for walking and bicycling next to the ocean with contrasting views of the shallow turquoise waters of the Caribbean side and the deep blues and indigos of the wilder Atlantic side. Hidden Beach is a few minutes walk on the Atlantic side.
Rainbow Bay is a well maintained development, very spacious and full of beautiful native vegetation. There is a grocery store nearby, as is the famous Rainbow Inn serving excellent International cuisine. There is also a boat ramp and tennis courts for residents.
In addition, the nearest airport, Governor's Harbour, is only a 15 minute drive. Hatchet Bay and Gregory Town are close by to the north, and the capital, Governor's Harbour, 15 miles to the south.
