Enjoy unobstructed views looking over the rippling sand banks of the Bight of Eleuthera.

Spacious and acommodating with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a 1/2 baths.
Indoor living space encompasses 2,067 sq. ft. with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams done in the old weathered style.

Ample decking adds a lovely extension to your living space and provides southern and western sunset views over the water.

Offered fully furnished, it includes a large washroom with utility sink, washer/dryer and extra storage/pantry space.

A beautiful kitchen, it has all stainless steel appliances, including sink with garbage disposal, refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Furnishings include all kitchen necessities, china and glassware, bedroom sets, dining room table and chairs, artwork, living room furniture, and unique stand alone bamboo bar with stools to finish off the tropical theme.

A choice of two entries, one from your parking area below and up into the kitchen or the main entry with its grand double staircase leading you to the upper deck. Three sets of impact resistant glass sliding doors provide water views from every vantage point upstairs. Downstairs, round columns provide support for this raised structure which is 9 feet off the ground.

Careful attention to detail can be seen in the way all plumbing and electrical has been run behind supporting members under the house. In this manner, they are tucked away and out of sight. The same is found in such thoughtful details such as the tiled vanities with open storage bases, gated entrance to stairway for safety of children or pets, etc. Linen and closet space are located between the master bedroom and its large en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and tiled shower. Each bedroom has its own closet and linen storage. The second bathroom is also beautifully tiled and shared by the additional two large bedrooms. A powder room is located off of the kitchen.

Parking and storage are ample beneath this large elevated home. Enough covered parking for boats, cars and anything else you might want to keep out of the weather. An enclosed storage space is tucked alongside the stairs, which lead upstairs to the kitchen. Beach chairs, bikes, or other equipment can be housed here for easy access.

Located in the settlement of Current, North Eleuthera, this home offers a peaceful seaside retreat with Harbour Island and its 5 star restaurants and nightlife just minutes away. Endless beaches, fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating, or lazy days in the sun await you.
