The special needs program at Palmdale Primary School provides instruction and therapy to 12 boys and girls aged 7 to 15, in the loving care of teachers Ms. Garcia and Ms. Elliott.

Since 2012, several past and present Western Warriors players, their parents and other friends have "adopted" the program, working closely with school administration and teachers to create an improved learning environment for the children.

During the summer of 2013, the Western Warriors embarked on a complete classroom renovation, installing new bathrooms, specially designed furniture, and introducing books, activities and games suited for the children.

In addition to SMG, which fabricated the new kitchen and bathroom furniture, Jennifer Saunders Design, Danny Ferguson, Beatrice Wirth and Tile King all played important roles in creating the beautiful new facility. (see before and after photos in attached document)

Most recently, the BFA became involved in the Palmdale Primary Special Needs program, with Technical Director Trevor Rolle spending a day getting the children involved in the excitement of the upcoming World Cup, with gifts of special T shirts, soccer balls, pumps and other game items.

Pictured below are the children, teachers and the BFA's Trevor Rolle.
