On Thursday, May 1st, China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) will host a job fair in Coopers Town, North Abaco to fill all necessary positions for the successful completion of the North Abaco Port development.

The job fair will be held at the Faith Walk Church of God auditorium in Coopers Town from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Job applications will be available on site, but interested persons can request applications at the island administrator’s office in advance.

This is CHEC’s first job fair on the island and various posts will be filled, including:

• Heavy Equipment Operators

• Dozer Drivers

• Dump Truck Drivers

• General Laborers

• Cooks/Helpers.

All the listed positions will be available as CHEC moves closer to construction start on the $39 million North Abaco Port Project in Coopers Town.
