A business 'wasteland'

PARTS of Robinson Road have been turned into a business "wasteland" by protracted roadworks, as a former Bahamas Chamber of Commerce president - whose business and others in the area have already seen 20-30 per cent sales declines - yesterday said they were bracing for the further "devastating" effects of a planned 0.7 mile detour set to make it all but impossible for customer to access their firms.
