More than a dozen brokers, agents and staff members of MCR got a firsthand look at Palm Cay, the fully-funded nearly 70 acre community on New Providence’s southeastern shore. What they found since their last visit was what MCR Marketing Manager Terrinique Pennerman (5th from right) called “amazing progress for an amazing product – something our agents are eager to sell.”

More than 100 Bahamians have already purchased lots, townhomes or condos in the secure waterfront community with 1,200 feet of white, sandy beach, 194-slip marina, swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, family playground and soon to come, its own restaurant, the Billfish Grill.
