Justin Bieber has been arrested in Miami, Florida for drag racing at 4am. Bieber also failed a sobriety test for alcohol. He is now in a Miami Beach jail cell.

Justin Bieber is still only 19 years old and the drinking age in Miami is 21.

Officials are also investigating an unauthorized police escort after it was reported that Justin Bieber was escorted out of a private airport by Opa Locka police when he arrived in Miami, Florida on Monday.
