FLORIDA - The
Jensen Beach 2010 Pineapple Festival played host once again
for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Sister
City relationship between Gregory town, Eleuthera and Jensen Beach,
Florida.  A contingent of Eleutherans, coordinated by the Eleuthera
Ministry of Tourism Office led by Jackie Gibson and Glenda Johnson,
made the annual trip to provide authentic Bahamian flavor to this popular
Treasure Coast event.  The Eleutherans represented their country
well with a straw market featuring handcrafted Bahamian products, performances
by The Brilanders and Dr. Sea Breeze, and the Junkanoo band that conducted
several parades that had the crowd tapping their toes, swinging and
swaying to the beat of the drums, brass, whistles and cow bells...
