Closing submissions today in night club murder trial

A jury will soon decide the fate of the man accused of the 2007 murder of Charles Huel Ferguson at the Cocktails and Dreams nightclub parking lot. The prosecution and defense will make closing submissions to the jury today in the Supreme Court and Senior Justice Jon Isaacs is expected to turn the case over to the jury on Thursday. Murder accused Raphael Neymour, 25, has denied that he was at the scene of the crime. Neymour denied that he shot Ferguson in the stomach after he was stopped from opening a gate to the club's parking lot on August 30, 2007.
