Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty has increased its Nassau sales team by two, its President Mike Lightbourn announced on Friday.

Anthony Wells, a well-known appraiser and broker, brings a wealth of experience to the company, Lightbourn said.

Originally from Nassau with roots in Long Island, Wells is a Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA)-licensed real estate broker and appraiser, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has been awarded the Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

He has completed appraisals for all lending institutions, government departments and real estate developers in The Bahamas. Martina McSweeney is a second generation real estate professional - her father, Victor Durant (Durant Real Estate), was a well-known broker for many years.

McSweeney has a strong background in business and customer relations, having successfully managed multiple retail stores for 14 years.

She became a BREA-licensed agent in 2008 and her expertise is in residential sales and rentals. Lightbourn said McSweeney is a dedicated and experienced agent with a solid background in real estate and a wide circle of contacts.
