The Miss Intercontinental Pageant is being staged in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic on November 7th 2010. There are 76 contestants competing for this years crown. This year's representative from The Bahamas is 21 year old Anastagia Pierre, 1st Runner-up Miss Bahamas. The Miss Intercontinental pageant began in 1971 in Aruba then know as Miss Teenage Intercontinental.
