The Enter to Win and Redemption of instant prizes begin at 10:00 a.m. ET on June 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET
on August 21, 2013.

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN:
There is one (1) way to enter: Envelope Entry: To submit an entry, visit any Burns House or Butler and Sands location and pick up an "unseal to reveal" envelope. Place 6 caps labeled with "grand prize draw" in the 'unseal to reveal' envelope. To be eligible, you must fully complete the registration, including your first and last names and telephone contact. Not responsible for misdirected, garbled, lost or late entries. By submitting an entry, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on August 21, 2013. By submitting an entry, entrants are automatically entered into the drawing except as noted above and in the Eligibility Section below. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Burns House Group ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes will require proof of identity (valid driver's license or passport). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the drawing, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the Bahamas who are of minimum legal drinking age or older as of date of entry. Also, the following individuals and members of their families (parents, grandparents, children, siblings, spouses) and immediate households (whether related or not) are not eligible for the grand prize: Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, alcoholic beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors and importers, alcoholic beverage retailers and Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies. All local regulations apply.

PRIZES:
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, however consumers that are unfit for travel or without an appropriate travel Visa can redeem $1,000 cash prize in exchange. No substitutions of prizes by winners are allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

There are a total of 3 "instant" prizes under the Heineken bottle cap as follows:
•    One Complimentary Heineken
•    $15 VISA Prepaid Card
•    Heineken for One Year: Maximum of one case of Heineken per week for 52 weeks (redemption to begin August 24, 2013). Prize can be redeemed weekly, monthly or all at once. Maximum prize total: 52 cases. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

There is a total of One (1) Grand Prize as follows: $10,000 VISA Pre-Paid Card a trip to space camp in Amsterdam, The Netherlands inclusive of flight and accommodations for 5 nights and 10 cases of Heineken.
RV: $25,000.00 USD.

There are a total of Ten (10) mini prizes as follows: weekend trip to a choice destination of Miami, Atlanta or New York 'elusive of flight, hotel and car (with the exception of New York).
