BIMINI, Bahamas - Police and Fire officials
are on Bimini looking into a fire at the Alice Town Police Station.
According to reports sometime around 4:50am on Friday 14th June 2013
officers at the Alice Town Police Station, North Bimini were alerted to a
fire at the rear of station. The Fire Shed and the Fire Appliance were
totally destroyed in the blaze, however, minor damages was caused to the
boxing at the rear of the Alice Town Police Station.

The
fire was extinguished by the police, who were assisted by volunteers
from the community before any further damages could be caused...
