The
Bahamas National Children's Choir (BNCC) travelled to Izmir, Turkey;
from 13 to 26 April 2013 to participate in the 35th International
Children's Festival. Participation of the BNCC in this annual event was
sponsored by the EXPO 2020 Izmir Bid Committee and Turkish Radio and
Television Corporation (TRT). During their time in Turkey the children
will stay with host families and will perform 'Mr. Fisher' during a live
television broadcast on 23 April. The thirteen members of the BNCC are
accompanied by Directors, Dr. Patricia Bazard and Mr. Justin Dean.

Izmir has been celebrating the International Children's Festival' since
1979 and it is the only Children's Festival in the world, given to
world's children by the founder...
